By using Instagram Content Studio (“the service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
The service provides tools to draft Instagram-style content with the help of AI engines you choose (Puter and/or third-party APIs with your own keys). Output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your use case. You are responsible for reviewing and editing everything before publishing.
2. Your responsibilities
- Comply with Instagram / Meta rules and applicable law when you publish content.
- Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
- Safeguard any API keys you enter; misuse of your keys is your responsibility.
- Do not attempt to overload, scrape, or disrupt the service.
3. Third-party services
Puter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Vercel, and advertising partners are independent services. Their terms and pricing apply when you use them. We are not liable for outages, billing, or content policies of those providers.
4. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your inputs and the drafts you generate, subject to the AI provider’s terms. The site’s branding, UI, and original code remain the property of their respective owners.
5. Advertising
The free service is supported by advertisements. When ads are enabled on the site, accepting advertising cookies is a condition of use: if you decline, you may not use generation or other locked features until you accept. Ad networks may use cookies as described in the Privacy Policy.
6. Disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. AI OUTPUT IS NOT PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes and availability
We may change or discontinue features at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
